Poster Set-up and Presentation Schedule
- Posters will be displayed on Level 4 within the Exhibition Area (Hall 403, Level 4, Suntec).
- Kindly ensure that you display your poster on the designated board corresponding to your assigned board number.
- Presenters are REQUIRED to be positioned by their posters for discussion during the scheduled time in the table below.
- All posters will be evaluated by a judging panel nominated by ASPIRE. Shortlisted Posters will be advised on Friday, 2 May and Saturday, 3 May 2025 via email.
- Results of the Best 5 Poster Presentation Awards will be announced at the Congress Closing and Award Ceremony on Sunday, 4 May 2025.

*Posters from Group A which are not removed after 19:00 on Friday, 2 May 2025, and posters from Group B which are not removed after 12:00 on Sunday, 4 May 2025, will be disposed of.
Poster Preparation Technical Specifications
- Poster Board Size: 1 meter in width and 2.5 meters in height.
- Your poster needs to be prepared in PORTRAIT orientation.
- We recommend that your poster does not exceed 9 meters in width and 1.2 meters in height.
- Posters are preferred to be prepared on a single sheet or alternatively on multiple smaller sheets.
- Allocate the top of the poster for the Title and Authors as indicated on the submitted abstract.
- Ensure that the font size, illustrations, etc., are sufficiently clear to be legible from a distance of two meters.
- Double-sided tape will be provided in the poster area for affixing posters. The use of paste, glue, thumbtacks, or staples is strictly prohibited. Staff members will also be available in the poster area to assist you in locating your poster board. Authors are responsible for putting up their own posters.
