*Onsite registration accepts online credit card payments through Stripe only. Should a credit card payment fail to process, full payment in USD cash will be necessary.
* If payment is not received by the deadline, different rates may apply. Failure to pay by 24 April, 2025 (GMT+8) will result in cancellation of your registration, requiring you to register onsite.
* 1 All fees are in USD and include 9% GST.
* 2 Verification letter from your Institution is required to qualify for the Full-time Student / Trainee fee. Download template here.
* 3 Verification letter signed by the Nurse Manager/Clinical director is required during application. Download template here.
Pre-Congress Courses Fees

Group Registration Policies and Requirements

- To request a group registration, please email to the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@aspire2025.com before starting your registration process.
- Group registration is only available when the total payment is made under a single invoice.
- The discount applies exclusively to the main congress registration fee.
- Payment for the invoice must be received by the stipulated deadline; otherwise, the invoice will be considered outdated, and different rates may apply.
- Individual cancellations within a group registration are NOT allowed due to the applied discounts. However, a one-time replacement can be requested by the group coordinator via email to secretariat@aspire2025.com on or before 1 April, 2025 (GMT+8).

- To cancel your registration, a written notification needs to be sent to the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@aspire2025.com.
- The bank handling charges will not be refunded; participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.
- All refunds will be made post-closure of the Congress.
- Pre-Congress Courses may be canceled if there are insufficient enrolments. Refunds will be made post-closure of the Congress.
- The cancellation cut-off date is based on the host location: GMT+8.
Important Registration Notes
- Registration Forms without payment will NOT be processed, a registration confirmation email will be issued upon receipt of the full registration fee payment.
- The wire transfer option will be closed on 15 Apr, 2025 (GMT+8), and payment can only be made by online credit card thereafter.
- Payment for wire transfer, all bank charges (including inbound and/or outbound administration fees) are to be borne by the remitter. When making the transaction, kindly ensure to select “OUR” as the payment option. Kindly provide this instruction to your bank during the remittance/tele-transfer of your payment.
- A replacement or transfer is allowed provided that the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 1 April, 2025 (GMT+8)
- In case of any disputes, the decision of the organizers shall be final and conclusive.
- The congress programme is subject to change without prior notice.
