Course Description

This course equips nurses and counsellors with the skills to deliver difficult news compassionately in fertility care. Participants will learn from the perspectives of doctors, nurses, embryologists, and counsellors, with a focus on effective communication and team collaboration. The course also highlights the challenges patients face and offers strategies for providing empathetic support during tough moments in ART.

Course Objective
  • Understand the roles of healthcare professionals in delivering difficult news.
  • Enhance communication skills for compassionate care.
  • Develop strategies for team collaboration in patient support.
  • Improve patient care through empathetic, team-based approaches.
